- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I made a claim with Club Marine fully expecting it would be a long drawn out process, as unfortunately, that has been my general experience in dealing with other insurance companies. The service I was provided from the first call to their authorisation of the claim could be described as nothing less than outstanding and a credit to everybody involved. I am currently dealing with some far more important issues in my life than making an insurance claim, which I fully expected would cause me additional grief. In fact this experience has actually done quite the opposite, as something has finally gone right for us.
